In the measurement world, we set a goal and strive to achieve it. In the universe of possibility,
we set the context and let life unfold. ~Benjamin Zander, The Art of Possibility

It’s very simple. Having the “Factor” means living in the world of possibility. The “Factor” was a term that Benjamin Zander introduced to the Bryant community on October 21st, 2008.
Benjamin Zander and his partner Rosamund Zander are famous for authoring and pioneering the movement of the “Art of Possibility.” According to the Zanders, a person has the choice to live in one of two worlds - the world of “downward spirals” or the world of “radiating possibility.”
If you live in the world of “downward spirals”, you only see your choices as having two results - success or failure. If you live in the world of “radiating possibility”, you set the context, and let life unfold! Although you never know what’s going to happen, you know it’s going to be good.
Having the “Factor” doesn’t only mean that you see possibility in everyday life, but it means that you are ‘enrolling’ others to have the “Factor” as well. Ask yourself this question - “How are you, everyday, continually opening up possibility for those around you?”
If you can’t provide an answer that you are proud of, then join us in the search for your factor! This blog will be a reflection of my experiences with the “Factor”, as well as a place where you can learn more about living in possibility.

All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their
minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men,
for they may act on their dream with open eyes, and make it possible.
